Our connection began in the year 2007 when we were both studying international trade. We travelled together through different cities in Argentina, exploring the exportable offer. In the year 2010, we had the chance to visit South Africa, where Karina fell in love with the country, a place where she would then move permanently in the year 2013, the same year when Esteban went to China to study a semester of the Chinese language, and now a nomad since November 2021. It was then that life separated us, just like the world separated after the Pangea.
Both of us worked for 7 years in the luxury travel industry, Karina in South Africa and Esteban in Argentina. In December 2021, after 8 years, we were reunited. And the passion for tourism connected us even more than before. And so KW Journeys was born, with the purpose of connecting people with experiences.
