City exploration day. Start by enjoying a gourmet picnic on Fynbos Mountain with helicopter flyovers (shared). The magnificent Cape Point and the many reasons why you should visit it. At the very tip of the Cape Peninsula, 60 kilometers southwest of the city of Cape Town, lies the magnificent Cape Point. We flew you from the V&A Waterfront to see the Cape Peninsula from the air and below. Once you've rounded the point, we'll fly back to some hills above Misty Cliffs. This marks the site for our fynbos tour and picnic. We landed at the Baskloof Private Nature Reserve, owned by Danielle and Ivan Harris. Baskloof was purchased over 40 years ago and has been restored thanks to the tireless efforts of its owners.
